은평지역 중심지에 세워지는 주상복합건축물로 도시의 이미지를 새롭게 창출하려는 상징성을 갖도록 계획하였다. 주거동은 우수한 거주환경을 고려해 채광과 통풍에 유리한 평면으로 구성하였다. 저층부의 판매시설은 주변 하천과의 연계를 고려하고, STREER MALL개념을 도입하여 단일 매스계획이 아닌 분리된 매스개념으로 도심 속의 또 다른 골목상권이 형성되도록 하였다. 주거시설의 입주민을 위한 외부공간을 별도로 구성하고 외부공간 주변에 주민공동시설을 계획하여 입주민의 외부생활영역을 형성하였고. 판매시설의 지붕은 입주민의 옥외휴식공간으로 조성하고 조깅트랙 등 외부시설을 계획하여 주민운동시설과의 연계성을 갖도록 했다. 판매시설과 주거시설 주차장의 완전히 분리하여 이용자의 혼선이 없도록 하였다.
It is a residence-commerce mixed housing to be built in the center of Eunpyong Area. It was planned to be a symbol to create an urban image of the city. Housing blocks were built with plane spaces advantageous to sunlight and ventilation in consideration of providing a good residential environment. The sales facilities on the lower level were designed to be connected to the nearby river. Introducing the concept of a street mall, the sales facilities were designed to form a new alley commercial zone in the city as a separate mass, not a unified mass plan. By providing a separate external space for occupants of the residence facility and designing a residence sharing facility near the external space, it intends to provide an external living zone for occupants. The rooftop of the sales facilities was designed to be an external resting place for occupants. In addition, by providing outdoor facilities such as a jogging track, the housing aims to have connectivity with residents and sports facilities. By completely separating sales facilities from housing facilities, it prevents confusion of visitors using the facilities.
